Once an authorized user opens a document in KRYSTAL DMS, they can click the “Chat with AI” icon to initiate an intelligent conversation. Users may ask questions, request summaries, or seek clarifications all in natural language directly within the document view.
Ask AI – Hit-List Analysis
Users can also select multiple documents from a search result or document hit-list and click the “Ask AI” button. The AI analyzes the selected documents along with their associated metadata to provide consolidated insights, comparisons, or contextual answers.

Users can select two or more documents and invoke the AI comparison feature. The AI analyzes document content and metadata to identify similarities, differences, revisions, missing information, and significant changes. OpenAI subscription costs, usage limits, and licensing terms are governed by OpenAI and are not included with the KRYSTAL DMS - Enterprise Edition license. KRYSTAL DMS provides seamless integration and secure enablement of AI capabilities within the document management environment.
