Protect your documents.
The document encryption feature is intended to protect data at rest from snooping. The feature allows you to encrypt the documents stored in the FILE SYSTEM. It is also designed to prevent someone outside the system from viewing the document data by directly accessing the file system.
The KRYSTAL DMS - Enterprise Edition contains an encryption module that allows working with encrypted documents in their life cycle phases.
Encryption features
- The most advanced AES 256-bit encryption.
- The same encryption key is used to encrypt and decrypt.
- All documents stored in FILESYSTEM are automatically encrypted.
- Encryption key is embedded in the application by default and hence access to original documents is available only after accessing the application.
