This upcoming enhancement will allow users to instantly gain insights from documents stored in KRYSTAL DMS — in clear, natural language. It’s designed to transform how organizations explore, understand, and act on the information within their document repositories.

What to Expect

Once released, this feature will let users:

  1. Access Document Classes

    Work with document classes that include documents with structured meta-data.

  2. Click "Analyze with AI"

    A new "Analyze with AI" button will launch an intelligent analysis of selected documents.

  3. Receive Insights in Natural Language

    The AI will process document content and meta-data to provide summaries, trends, and specific insights — all in human-readable English.
