Challenges Before KRYSTAL DMS
In 2016, INOX Air Products relied on email-based approval processes for Capital Expenditure Approval Management (CEAM) and Recurring Expenditure Approval Management (REAM). As business operations expanded across locations, managing approvals, maintaining document traceability, and ensuring consistent access to business-critical information became increasingly challenging.
Email-Based Approval Process
Capital Expenditure Approval Management (CEAM) and Recurring Expenditure Approval Management (REAM) relied on Excel forms exchanged through email, making approvals difficult to track and manage.
Limited Audit & Traceability
Only the final approved document was printed and archived, with no centralized audit trail or visibility into the complete approval history.
Decentralized Document Storage
Business-critical documents, including agreements, contracts, purchase records, and HR documents, were stored across multiple locations and systems, making retrieval and governance increasingly difficult.
Multi-Location Operations
